Early animals
Puppies and kittens are in the store from the start of a normal run. Care for the dogs until the cat purchase is offered. Cats use the same dental step as dogs. Players who skipped dental saw unhappy cats even when food was stocked.
Turtles
If the turtle button is missing, go to food storage and use the box with a tooth on it. That is the dental supply, and it is the step other players gave when the turtle button was not there. Buying premium turtle food first does not create the animal.
Later floors
The official description says you unlock new floors and more animals. In a 2021 tour of this place, the ground floor held dogs, cats, and water space, and a higher floor held a tropical area with koalas plus a fish area. That same tour blurred which floor the water pets used, so treat the floor number as something to read off your own stairs button.
The Roblox page shows an update label of August 20, 2025 and does not list rooms. If your stairs button does not match a 2021 layout, trust the button.
A sensible unlock order
- Dogs, with water, food, walks, cleaning, and dental.
- A guard if anything is being stolen.
- Cats, after dog care is stable.
- The dental box, then turtles if that button appears.
- Stairs and the water or tropical animals when the floor button is affordable and the current pens are supplied.
